It is the responsibility of students and not of the Institute to arrange study programmes. Enquiries maybe made at the ICSA Office for advice in this regard. ICSA tuition can only be offered at Institutions registered with the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education under the Manpower Planning and Development Act.
