LIBRARY FACILITY
1. Purpose
The library of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Zimbabwe is primarily a specialised resource centre designed to support studying, research, continual professional development and growth of students and members.
2. Library Membership
Entry to the library is free to the following persons.
2.1 Registered Students- both ICSAZ & IBAS
2.2 Graduates (Grad.ICSA) in good standing
2.3 Associates (ACIS) in good standing
2.4 Fellows (FCIS) in good standing

4. Reference Service
Trained staff are available to respond to general, personal, phone, email and correspondence enquiries.
5. Public Access Computers
Users can access computers with internet access free of charge.
6. Photocopying facilities
There are no photocopying facilities at the office.

Please carry your ICSAZ student/ membership card whenever visiting the library and register. | Personal textbooks and bulky files are not allowed in the Library. |
Please switch off your cell phone when in the library. | Do not damage any library material

For the library materials security reasons, please tuck in your shirt or blouse. Hat, cap, dustcoat or overalls are not allowed. Regalia for any political party is not allowed in the library | Do not condone if you find anybody causing damage to library materials. Please report the matter to the librarian immediately. |
Please leave your bags at the designated place at your own risk. Take your valuables. | Do not shelve books. A misplaced book is a lost book.

After consulting a book, please leave same on the table. | Do not talk in the library. |
Please allow another user to take your vacant seat whenever you go out for more than 20 minutes. | Do not eat any food inside the library. |
Please be in possession of a maximum of two library books at any given time. | Do not steal library materials. It is a criminal offence. |
All library users may be subjected to body searching. | Free reading of past examination papers and study packs on sale is not permissible. |
